This is unacceptable...its sad.. really.

Nicolas Dawson points out coverage in Mother Jones of the early stages of a new cybersecurity bill that conveys sweeping powers on the President. Quoting:
"The Cybersecurity Act of
2009
(PDF) gives the president the ability to 'declare a cybersecurity
emergency' and shut down or limit Internet traffic in any 'critical' information
network 'in the interest of national security.' The bill does not define a
critical information network or a cybersecurity emergency. That definition would
be left to the president. The bill... also grants the Secretary of Commerce
'access to all relevant data concerning [critical] networks without regard to
any provision of law, regulation, rule, or policy restricting such access.' This
means he or she can monitor or access any data on private or public networks
without regard to privacy laws."

Mars Space Rovers:
Originally built for a planned 90-day mission, Spirit and its robotic twin Opportunity have now spent more than five years exploring their respective Martian landing sites on opposite sides of the planet.
Both Spirit and Opportunity have suffered some aches and pains associated with their unexpected longevity on the surface of Mars. Most recently, Spirit experienced an odd bout of amnesia when it failed to record and report a day of activities to flight controllers on Earth last month."

While in North Korea..:
"North Korea has said it has the right to "space development" — a term it has used in the past to disguise a missile test as a satellite launch. When it test-fired a shorter-range Taepodong 1 missile over Japan in 1998, it claimed to have put a satellite into orbit. "

My sister's portrait (WIP)

here is the composite semi-final version..
I still haven't touched the dress, or the eye-brows.. Will do that soon enough..

To do this protrait, in photoshop:

First I did a sketch based on a photo of my sis,

Then i painted the skin (this is not the final skin version, as you may notice..),
Then I painted the hair, eyes, and mouth.. Here on display without the skin colors, althought I painted with the Skin color;
I liked the eyes and mouth and hair that i painted so much ... that i decided to make a shot without the skin.. I still noticed that the eyes and mouth are very realistic, and deserve a shot without the skin, in order for the viewer to focus on the eyes and mouth... (blablabalblalbalbla... sory about that)

final result, i understand that some proportions are wrong...oh well..:
